It means that the players want to play a leading role in the league with active play, and it also means that the fans should enjoy women's professional basketball, which will be more fun for them.

The 2019-2020 season suffered from zero-tolerance and early league termination due to coronavirus infection. Nevertheless, WKBL has been running hard during the off-season. Through the 3x3 Triple Jam Competition and the Park Shinja Cup Summer League, young players played an active role and finished the competition safely with thorough quarantine.

And in October, the season of women's basketball is back. Especially, this season will be even more important. As the league is only played by domestic players, it will be a season when more players will be spotlighted, and the way the playoffs will be played is expected to become even fiercer with the introduction of a showdown between the first and fourth places.
